Shake/Smoothie TIME!

    This is more of a comment…and I feel like I was opened up to a cult…but my gym as an attached Herbalife shake place next to it…well one day I gave it a go. Got the nutter butter ( because PB is life) and I was hooked…next step is joining a crossfit gym or something…hold me back people! ?

    I used to be hooked on these for my after coffee shake. I would add in some collagen protein of unflavored protein and water. I did not drink it for the belly fat thing, only because it was delicious.

    Freeze the fruit and add ice for the smoothie feel.

      I’ve been skeptical on this flavor as I don’t want to mess with the nostalgia…some say its like drinking the milk after the bowl. Can you attest?

    My current favorite shake, oldie but killer;

    1 cup unsweetened almond milk

    1 cup frozen banana

    1 scoop protein

    1 tbsp peanut butter

    1 date (if you need more sweetness)

    Choco Protein Shake- Ready for some chocolate?

    Ingredients:

    – 1 cup almond milk (I prefer unsweetened)

    – 1/2 scoop chocolate protein

    – 1/2 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt

    – 1/2 cup ice

    BLEND IT UP!

    PS- I may put a little chocolate syrup on top
