Some things we cannot control, fortunately for us, we can control our MINDSET! This is not always an easy task, but a task that can be accomplished. You have a choice. Your mindset is beliefs. They are very powerful beliefs, but they’re something in your mind, and you can change your mind.

This film is one of the most inspiring videos I have ever seen. There are so many character traits and life lessons that it is hard to know where to begin. First, let’s look at the runner, Derek Redmon. There is a whole other story to the lead-up of this race with injuries and obstacles but let’s look at the race. Derek pulls his hamstring and is down for the count. Here, at this moment, he had a choice to make. He can call it quits knowing that he is not getting any medal and hopes and dreams are down the toilet. BUT he decides to go another route. After being knocked down, he decides to get back up and chooses to finish what he started and why he came to that stadium. He inspired thousands of what not giving up looks like and what heart and determination can accomplish by making this decision. No medal will ever accomplish what Derek did with his actions, he won the GOLD! Part two- his dad sees his son in trouble and not caring about rules and security busts through to help his son in need. This is a beautiful picture of what fatherly love looks like and is available to all from our father, God.

You can see the pain and feel the emotion in this video. This is what a hero looks and acts like.

The true monsters aren’t the gigantic beasts hiding silently under the bed or cowering in the caverns of your closet.

They aren’t bred under bridges or nurtured in nightmares. The REAL monsters are the tiny daily thoughts you let slip away unnoticed or unchallenged.

The “what ifs” and the “I can’ts,” the “I’m not good enough” and “I’m not ready yets.”

These are the REAL monsters to fear!

DRAG those bastards out into the light and show them who’s in charge and DESTROY them!

We are doing trials for our upcoming podcasts. I must say attempting to do it all is a bit of a workload. There is the decor, audio, visual, lighting, and tons of uploading. It is good to learn new things, but it is a task for sure. It will be worth it for sure to bring some reality and REAL to our audience. Please subscribe to our channel on YouTube.

My beautiful wife @arose2387 and I are starting a podcast! We have been talking about it for a while now with all that’s been going on and how deep down we have ended up in the rabbit hole. Too many people like to speak what others want to hear, which is often not the truth. We will be speaking the truth and discussing some not-so-comfortable conversations. We will be posting on multiple platforms, which we will inform you of, and we will also be posting here on this site. Standby!

      I have also heard:

Tell them you have an allergic reaction to latex. They cannot prove or disprove this allergy and cannot give you any vaccines.

Again, it is hearsay but may work.

Jordan & Eddie: I’ve found sleep patterns to be highly individualized. For example, my wife too can do marathon sessions of 10 hours+. President Trump, it is said, needs only 4 hours a sleep a night — even at his age working 18×7 as president or businessman. Same with coach John Grudin of the Raiders. I personally am what’s called a biphasic sleeper, which I never knew about ( I thought something was wrong with me!) until a few years ago Michael Savage on his then radio show devoted over an hour to it. Rather than expound here, recommend anyone interested google the phrase “biphasic sleep”.

I’d like a little feedback on my sleep pattern.

I usually wake up after 5 1/2 or 6 hours , that’s also after working several long shifts . I feel rested but still tired and unable to go back to sleep. I know everyone is different, my wife can sleep 10 hours every night weather she’s had a ruff day or not. I’m asking because I’ve read not getting 7 or 8 hours is bad for testosterone and mental health? Not sure how true that is . What are some of y’all’s sleep patterns? Anybody else only need 5 hours ?

I have always heard at least 7-8 hours. It took me a while to get that. I used to have a couple of days with little to no sleep and then a couple of days with about 6. I did not function well. I have found that when I get my 8 I feel much better.

Valerian root has been my go-to recently. There are so many sleep aids out there but would highly recommend the natural ones.

Normal Testosterone levels does help with sleep, energy, and overall help for sure.

It is funny you bring this up. My wife and I are getting a new mattress here soon so we don’t wake each other up with the tossing and turning. Mostly done by me 😐
