We are doing trials for our upcoming podcasts. I must say attempting to do it all is a bit of a workload. There is the decor, audio, visual, lighting, and tons of uploading. It is good to learn new things, but it is a task for sure. It will be worth it for sure to bring some reality and REAL to our audience. Please subscribe to our channel on YouTube.

My beautiful wife @arose2387 and I are starting a podcast! We have been talking about it for a while now with all that’s been going on and how deep down we have ended up in the rabbit hole. Too many people like to speak what others want to hear, which is often not the truth. We will be speaking the truth and discussing some not-so-comfortable conversations. We will be posting on multiple platforms, which we will inform you of, and we will also be posting here on this site. Standby!

      I have also heard:

Tell them you have an allergic reaction to latex. They cannot prove or disprove this allergy and cannot give you any vaccines.

Again, it is hearsay but may work.

The people you meet are all here to teach you something.

    Try this mindset.

Jordan & Eddie: I’ve found sleep patterns to be highly individualized. For example, my wife too can do marathon sessions of 10 hours+. President Trump, it is said, needs only 4 hours a sleep a night — even at his age working 18×7 as president or businessman. Same with coach John Grudin of the Raiders. I personally am what’s called a biphasic sleeper, which I never knew about ( I thought something was wrong with me!) until a few years ago Michael Savage on his then radio show devoted over an hour to it. Rather than expound here, recommend anyone interested google the phrase “biphasic sleep”.

I’d like a little feedback on my sleep pattern.

I usually wake up after 5 1/2 or 6 hours , that’s also after working several long shifts . I feel rested but still tired and unable to go back to sleep. I know everyone is different, my wife can sleep 10 hours every night weather she’s had a ruff day or not. I’m asking because I’ve read not getting 7 or 8 hours is bad for testosterone and mental health? Not sure how true that is . What are some of y’all’s sleep patterns? Anybody else only need 5 hours ?

I have always heard at least 7-8 hours. It took me a while to get that. I used to have a couple of days with little to no sleep and then a couple of days with about 6. I did not function well. I have found that when I get my 8 I feel much better.

Valerian root has been my go-to recently. There are so many sleep aids out there but would highly recommend the natural ones.

Normal Testosterone levels does help with sleep, energy, and overall help for sure.

It is funny you bring this up. My wife and I are getting a new mattress here soon so we don’t wake each other up with the tossing and turning. Mostly done by me ?

    Let this sink in…

A strong man cannot help a weaker unless that weaker is willing to be helped, and even then, the weak man must become strong of himself; he must develop the strength he admires in another by his own efforts. None but himself can alter his condition.

If you collect 100 black ants and 100 fire ants and put them in a glass jar, nothing will happen.

But if you take the jar, shake it violently and leave it on the table, the ants will start killing themselves.

Red believes that black is the enemy, while black believes that red is the enemy when the real enemy is the person who shook the jar.

The same is true in society.

    Men vs. Women

    Black vs. White

    Faith vs. Science

    Young vs. Old

    Etc …

Before we fight each other, we must ask ourselves:

    Who shook the jar??
